All Sales Are Final

Because our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is created specifically for your order, so we’re unable to resell or restock returned pieces. Please double-check your size, color, spelling, and all order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order details, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
