At Four Threads Collective, everything we make is crafted by hand in small batches with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and personalized orders (custom embroidery, custom screen prints, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check spelling, sizing, and details before submitting a custom order.

Ready-to-Ship Items

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • You must contact us before sending anything back

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will make it right — no questions asked. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order details, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange for a different size when available. Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
