We are a small handcraft studio specializing in custom designed machine embroidery, screen and vinyl printed apparel, and hand knit hats, all made in house with care. These terms cover how we work together when you shop with us or order a custom piece. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to what follows. We have kept it plain and friendly, the way we like to do business.

Our Handmade Products

Everything we make is handcrafted, so small variations are part of the charm and not a defect. Embroidery stitches, knit textures, and printed placement may differ slightly from one piece to the next, and colors can look a little different from screen to screen depending on your device. Each item is made to be loved and worn, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

Orders and Custom Work

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy, and we confirm it once payment is received. For custom designed embroidery and personalized pieces, please double check spelling, names, dates, colors, and sizing before you submit, since these items are made just for you and cannot be restocked or resold. We will always reach out if we have a question about your request before we begin.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change over time, though changes never affect an order already confirmed. Payment is collected securely at checkout, and your order moves into production once payment clears. We do our best to keep product details and availability accurate, but if something is mispriced or out of stock we will contact you before charging or shipping.

Turnaround and Shipping

Because each piece is made by hand, custom and made to order items take a little time to create. We will share an estimated timeline when you order and keep you posted along the way. Once your order ships, delivery time is in the carrier’s hands, and we are not responsible for postal delays, but we are always happy to help you track a package.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy, which has the full details. Personalized and custom designed pieces are made specifically for you, so they are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or there was a mistake on our end. If anything is wrong with your order, reach out and we will make it right.

Caring for Your Pieces

A little care goes a long way. We recommend washing embroidered and printed apparel inside out in cold water and laying knit hats flat to dry. Gentle handling keeps your stitches, prints, and yarn looking their best for years to come.

Custom Designs and Intellectual Property

Our original designs, artwork, photos, and website content belong to Four Threads Collective and may not be copied or resold without permission. When you send us your own logo or artwork for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right to use it, and you give us permission to stitch or print it for your project.
