Everything at Four Threads Collective is made by hand in our studio, from custom designed machine embroidery and screen and vinyl printed apparel to hand knit hats. Because each piece is crafted and often made to order just for you, here is how shipping, turnaround, and payment work so you know exactly what to expect.

Turnaround Time

We are a small handcraft studio, and good handmade work takes a little time. Custom and made to order pieces are created after you order, so please allow time for us to make yours before it ships. We will give you an estimated timeline and keep you posted along the way. If you need something by a specific date, reach out before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Once your order is made and ready, here are your options:

  • Free shipping on all orders over $100.
  • Flat rate shipping of $5 on orders under $100.
  • Local pickup is free if you are near Excelsior, Minnesota. Choose it at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.

You will receive tracking once your order ships. Delivery time after that is in the carrier’s hands, and while we are not responsible for postal delays, we are always happy to help you track a package.

Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Square. Your full card details are never stored on our website.

Our entire website runs on a secure SSL encrypted connection, so your information is protected from the moment you start shopping through checkout. Shop with confidence knowing your details are kept safe.
